LOVING YOURSELF

My lords,

Before the offering, let me share a thought I had : I have observed the children or relatives of a powerful man ( celebrities, ministers or rich guys) being very confident and achieving stuff even if they have nothing or can do nothing themselves. Even people respect them and fear them. I’m not sure how accurate the Razzies are but PARIS HILTON IS VOTED THE WORST ACTRESS OF THE DECADE but she is doing it and is on papers, she can go into music or write books or start a church or anything she wants…. I mean SHE IS A HILTON (confidence). My uncle and cousins were fighters and as a result, nobody messed with me even when I could not fight. Bullies would mess with everyone else except me. Sometimes, I would hear them saying ‘he is so and so’s (my uncle) niece. I am the worst fighter there is but I developed confidence in the bullies’s fear for my uncles and had authority over them.

NOW DO YOU KNOW WHO’S CHILDREN WE ARE? DO YOU KNOW WHAT OUR LAST NAME, CHRISTIAN, MEANS? DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO BE MORE THAN A CONQUEROR? THOSE WHO DON’T KNOW, JESUS HAS CONQUERED EVERYTHING, WE INHERITED EVERYTHING (WE GET MORE WITHOUT EVEN STRETCHING A MUSCLE). Guys, I am not God’s servant like Moses, David and them. I AM NOT EVEN GOING TO TRY AND ACT GOOD OR FOLLOW THE LAWS OF MOSES. I AM NOT GOD’S CHILD BY WORKS BUT BY BIRTH IN JESUS. BY RECEIVING JESUS, IT IS NOW MY RIGHT TO WALK IN AUTHORITY.

When the enemy sees me, he knows that there is nothing he can do to me or prevent me to do because I AM A CHILD OF THE KING, THE OWNER HIMSELF. I don’t have to be sinless or be good in anything for me to be confident. I don’t have time to be casting out demons or looking for deliverance or breakthrough or whatever things Christians work for, I have received Jesus, I am a child of God. The mountains, sun, rain, lions, trees, angels are supposed to recognize me and serve me. If I happen to make a mistake, I would not be sentenced because I am…, you know who’s child.

I WALK IN CONFIDENCE AND AUTHORITY DUE TO MY STATUS AS A CHILD OF THE MOST POWERFUL, RICH, OWNER OF EVERYTHING, MOST LOVELY, BEAUTIFUL, ATTRACTIVE, CREATIVE, INTELLIGENT BEING WHO CREATED EXISTENCE. THE ONE WITH THE POWER TO DO WHAT HE WANTS, WHEN HE WANTS AND NOBODY CAN DARE TO QUESTION HIM. YO’LL GUYS CAN SING YOUR CHORUSES, WALK WITH YOUR HEADS DOWN, GET SICK, BE CONDEMNED WHEN YOU SIN, BE MANIPULATED MY MINISTERS AND WORK TO GET TO HEAVEN BUT I AM QUALIFYING MYSELF FOR BIG THINGS HERE ON EARTH BECAUSE I AM A CHILD OF THE KING AND YOU GUYS MUST SEE IT PRACTICALLY !!!

In fact you know what? I am not intimidated by sinners and people of other religions or beliefs. Religious people do that trying to show that Jesus ( their religion) is the way and everyone else is wrong. I personally don’t care what others do … if it works for them they may continue to do it. WHY NOT? I hate it when I hear people speaking bad about other religions. TO ME THEY ARE TRYING TO DEFEND GOD. HOW CAN A BABY DEFEND AN ADULT? SUCH PEOPLE DON’T BELIEVE THAT GOD IS ACTUALLY GOD. I would only have a problem if this other religions stuff works better than mine. If I see any other religion being more beneficiary that mine or other gods being more powerful, even if it is witchcraft, believe me I would join them. I ONLY DEAL WITH THE BEST, GUYS. Until now, my God, Jehovah, practically proves that He is the most powerful and the only God. There is no way someone can use magic, ‘muti’ or witchcraft and be better than me. I DON’T WANT TO TELL THESE GUYS THAT JESUS IS THE WAY, I WANT THEM TO COMPARE THEMSELVES WITH ME OR EVEN TRY TO COME AGAINST ME, AND THEN THEY MUST SEE THAT I SERVE A BETTER GOD. THEY MUST SEE THAT I AM OVERPROTECTED, OVER-FAVORED,OVER-LOVED AND THAT I DON’T EVEN DESERVE IT. I AM AN HEIR, I CANNOT WORK LIKE A SERVANT TO RECEIVE BLESSINGS FROM MY FATHER!! Guys, there is no way you can be the child of THE MOST HIGH and people don’t notice. Not because of your works but the aroma that moves with you (entlik in you).

Galatians 5:14 GNB For the whole Law is summed up in one commandment: "Love your neighbor AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF."

Ephesians 5:28 NLT In the same way, husbands ought to love their wives AS THEY LOVE THEIR OWN BODIES. For a man who loves his wife actually shows LOVE FOR HIMSELF.

Ephesians 5:33 NLT So again I say, each man must love his wife AS HE LOVES HIMSELF, and the wife must respect her husband.

It is clear that ‘AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF’ is the reference point on how you must love others. Therefore if you don’t love yourself you wont know how to love others i.e. YOU CAN NOT LOVE OTHERS IF YOU DON’T LOVE YOURSELF.

Religion can make you try to do the works of the flesh by trying to love others to feel good about yourself thinking you r pleasing God.

BY LOVING YOURSELF I DON’T MEAN SELFISHNESS OR RELATED EVILS. I AM TALKING ABOUT VALUING YOURSELF BY UNDERSTANDING WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST.

I BELIEVE THAT LOVING OTHERS IS AN AUTOMATIC END RESULT OF THE PROCESS WHICH DOES NOT NEED TO BE TOLD (TO BE EXPLAINED BELOW).

Inside every human being there is a desire to love and be loved (I believe we inherited this from God). The most powerful words in the world are ‘ I love you’. These words are powerful because they can be used to build or destroy. We meet people who destroy us so much that we can not even love ourselves. SOMETIMES WE FEEL UNLOVED AND WE GO AROUND LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO LOVE US, SO THAT WE CAN START LOVING OURSELVES (which I understand because it is human but when someone they leave you, it is a problem). This offering is to encourage us to be able to be fine even after we are disappointed by others. This offering is to make us like God that WHEN SOMEONE LEAVES YOU, THE PAIN YOU ACTUALLY FEEL IS FOR THEIR LOSS AND WHERE THEY MIGHT END UP IF THEY DO NOT REPENT. IT SHOULD NOT MAKE YOU FEEL LESS VALUABLE.

How do I value myself?

Some people have been ill treated and made feel like nothing or valueless. Some people feel like they are so sinful or evil that they can not even join church because religion has set laws (standards) and they would not be able to love. It’s true, YOU CANNOT GIVE WHAT YOU DON’T HAVE.

SO THEREFORE EVEN TO LOVE OURSELVES WE SEEM TO NEED TO BE LOVED FIRST. My friends, this is what Jesus (salvation) is all about. Salvation is not about good people who are capable of doing right but it is for those like me who can not do it. (Mark 2:17 GNB Jesus heard them and answered, "People who are well do not need a doctor, but only those who are sick. I have not come to call respectable people, but outcasts.").

FOUNDATION OF LOVING YOURSELF

Forgive me for bashing you with long scriptures on this offering. I could not cut the verses. It is very essential that you read the whole scripture to get the context and message thereby allowing God to speak for Himself to your spirit.

You can not give love if you don’t have it.

1 John 4:8-21 NLT But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9 God showed how much HE LOVED US BY SENDING HIS ONE AND ONLY SON INTO THE WORLD SO THAT WE MIGHT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE THROUGH HIM. 10 This is real love—NOT THAT WE LOVED GOD, BUT THAT HE LOVED US and sent His Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins. 11 Dear friends, SINCE GOD LOVED US THAT MUCH, WE SURELY OUGHT TO LOVE EACH OTHER. 12 No one has ever seen God. John 3:16-18 ESV "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

I have never listened to 1 financial prosperity sermon. I don’t even wish to. I am content with what I have and I have everything = God.

People don’t really know who God is. It hasn’t been revealed to you. Knowledge of God is by grace.

Let me be controversial for a second. IF YOU STILL CONNECT TO GOD BECAUSE YOU WERE TOUCHED BY SOME MOVIE ABOUT JESUS WHEN HE IS CRUCIFIED AND YOU GET MOTIVATED TO LOVE HIM, IT HASN’T BEEN REVEALED TO YOU YET. MANY PEOPLE HAVE DIED EVEN MORE CRUEL DEATHS THAN CHRIST. YOU MISS THE WHOLE POINT BY BEING MANIPULATED EMOTIONALLY BY DIRECTORS AND SPECIAL EFFECTS.

The work of the Cross is much deeper and only the Lord can best communicate the truth to your spirit and that will knock you out completely. IF YOU KNEW WHO CHRIST IS CHRIST IS, YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE TOO SMALL TO DEFEND HIM. I know God can speak for Himself. Entlik I love it when there is other religions because they must wish for our God because of our lives.

Lastly, my sisters seem to have more built-in desire to be loved and many are hurt by deceivers. So it is important that girls are loved from their families, especially by fathers and brothers, so that they are not deceived by plain words outside. This would build a value (confidence) on them and they would love themselves.

Until then may the Lord’s love manifest in you to love yourself and to love others!
